Accredo Version 6 introduces powerful bin and lot tracking capabilities, enabling efficient inventory management and precise product tracking. With bin tracking in Saturn, stock levels can be monitored, and picking errors minimized. Product tracking by serial and lot ensures traceability and quality control. Required tracking prior to posting is enforced for bin-tracked locations, lots, and serial-tracked products.

Dedicated tracking panels and tabs in IC and JC transactions simplify movement monitoring. Inward and outward movements, such as shipment receipts and invoices, can be tracked. Inquiries and reporting provide real-time insights.


Customer Payment Terms

Now offering payment terms, businesses can ensure that invoices are accurate, sent in a timely manner, and that payments are received within specific terms. Adding payment due terms for customers and due dates for invoices, helps businesses to streamline the payment process.

Another way to manage accounts receivable is to hold an amount on invoices and AR transactions to allow for partial payments to be made. The discount date and discount available are calculated on invoices. Efficient accounts receivable management can help businesses maintain a positive cash flow.


Drillable Reports
